Early Termination
In the event of insolvency or
litigation, our priority is to recover
assets and store them in our
secure warehouses across the the UK.
If required, we will arrange site
visits to locate,identify and secure
equipment.In addition to
providing the standard ebm
condition report,we will organize
independent inspections where
litigation procedures demand.
ebm engineers remove IT and
telephone installations with
extreme care to ensure the
maximum resale value is obtained.
In accordance with Data
Protection Act requirements, we
use specialist software to clear
data from PCs prior to resale.
We register formal bids to

purchase assets which have been
recovered, and where an on-
going business relationship has
been established,we will not charge
for recovery,even if the bid is
not accepted.
Our policy is to register the best
possible bid based on a detailed
inspection of the asset. This will
invariably be higher than bids
made without sight of the asset
and avoids 'after sales' issues.
End of Term Recoveries
ebm offers a comprehensive and
flexible service to recover assets
that become available at the
expiry of lease agreements. We
tailor packages to suit our
customer's specific requirements,
utilising our experience and in

depth understanding of
supplier/vendor relationships and
trading agreements.
Equipment is recovered and stored
and if required,we will conduct
sales negotiations with interested
parties on site.
Formal bids to purchase
equipment are registered on the
same basis as Early Terminations.
ebm is totally independent. We do
not lease assets, which means
there is no conflict of interest with
suppliers/vendors.
